As an Assistant Neighborhood Builder, you will support site construction activities and supervise Trade Partners to ensure timely project completion with high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include assisting in construction supervision, verifying updates in Builder Trend, managing permits and documentation, ensuring SWPPP compliance, updating schedules, inspecting job site cleanliness, ensuring code adherence, coordinating inspections, and addressing job site issues.
You will build relationships with homeowners and sales teams, review reports and extra work authorizations, and represent the builder professionally.
Requirements include strong organizational and communication skills, ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, knowledge of residential building practices, and relevant experience in construction supervision. A college degree is preferred but not required; OSHA certification is desired. Salary ranges from $17 to $19 per hour.
