JOB OVERVIEW: The Maintenance Technician performs facility maintenance and repair under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisors so to ensure that the facility and its equipment persists in good condition while complying with standard safety and fire regulations. Duties of this role can require strenuous activity in outdoor environments so that Maintenance Technicians must be well-suited to physical work with the ability to produce results regardless of weather conditions.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Job experience
Minimum of (1) years' experience in maintenance or related position.
Entry level knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Basic computer and math skills necessary.
Excellent follow up and attention to detail skills required.
Passion and excitement for the hospitality/service industry.
Ability to work in high paced environment.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Available for work assignments during evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
