Job Responsibilities: Development, revision, execution, and oversight of federal Advance Planning Documents, contracts, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs and other agreements associated with the program, Coordination and alignment of efforts across HIEA, Medicaid, and vendor staff to ensure program goals are met, Internal program team meetings, together with project management staff, Progress reporting to state and federal partners, and. This includes, but is not limited to: Engaging HIEA staff and key partners, e.g., DHHS and SAS (HIEA’s technical partner), in planning and drafting of scopes of work, budgets, and frameworks for data exchange.

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager/Medicaid Program Administrator (Remote) for our premier client.

Education and Experience »

• Contract development, administration, and monitoring: 3 years.
• Budget development, administration, and monitoring: 3 years.
• Implementing data governance and exchange and associated documentation according to state and federal regulations: 3 years.
• Coordinating staffing needs and associated documentation across business units: 3 years.
• Researching and evaluating vendor solutions needed to address project needs: 3 years.
• Monitoring and reporting out on progress per project management tracking/reporting: 3 years.
• Aligning efforts and ensuring effective communication across multiple business units: 3 years.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination and alignment of efforts across HIEA, Medicaid, and vendor staff to ensure program goals are met,
• Internal program team meetings, together with project management staff,

Communications with state and federal partners and related stakeholder organizations. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Engaging HIEA staff and key partners, e.g., DHHS and SAS (HIEA’s technical partner), in planning and drafting of scopes of work, budgets, and frameworks for data exchange.
• Navigating internal and external processes to ensure the timely execution of project agreements (e.g., APDs, contracts, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs).
• Monitoring and providing guidance to ensure that project implementation, spending, and data use proceed according to project agreements, organizational protocols, and state and federal regulations.
• Ensuring project plans, staffing, reporting, procurements, timelines, and milestones align with parameters outlined in project agreements.
• Serving as a spokesperson for the with state and federal partners and key provider stakeholder organizations.
