This position will lead quality improvement efforts and agile development processes to enhance the NC Health Connex system. The employee will design and implement metrics and qualitative data collection methodologies that help the organization understand system health, user engagement, and population health trends derived from HIEA data. The role is also responsible for analyzing and reporting findings and making recommendations that will drive continuous improvement across provider engagement, operations, and analytics teams. Through strategic insights and effective collaboration, the position ensures that NC Health Connex remains avital tool for healthcare providers, payers, and public health stakeholders in North Carolina.
