Impact Recruitment is partnering with a leading engineering firm to identify an experienced Natural Gas Project Manager to join their growing Natural Gas Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on high-impact work in natural gas infrastructure development.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of natural gas infrastructure projects

  • Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans

  • Manage permitting processes with local, state, and federal agencies

  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction procedures

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal policies

  • Interface with municipalities, landowners, and regulatory bodies

  • Support emergency response and on-call supervision as needed

  • Assist with capital and operational budget planning

  • Manage vendor relationships

  • Mentor junior staff and support training initiatives
What You Need to Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial Engineering)

  • 10+ years of experience in natural gas infrastructure or civil project management

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required with sufficient relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of permitting, pipeline design, and construction techniques

  • Proficiency with project management software and CAD tools
