Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced National Senior Account Manager with a strong background in IT contract staffing. This role is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving account growth, and expanding business opportunities across national accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue generation, enterprise account management, and delivering workforce solutions within the IT staffing industry.
Responsibilities
Manage, grow, and expand national and strategic client accounts within IT contract staffing.
Drive new business development while expanding existing client relationships.
Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, negotiations, and account expansion.
Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality IT talent solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on workforce planning and IT staffing strategies.
Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and account growth targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Support client retention, satisfaction, and strategic account growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in IT contract staffing sales and account management.
Proven success managing large, national, or enterprise-level accounts.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and staffing models including contract, contract-to-hire, MSP, and VMS.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while managing national client accounts.
Strong business development and revenue-generation experience.
Experience working within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
