Job Title: National Senior Account Manager – IT Contract Staffing

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced National Senior Account Manager with a strong background in IT contract staffing. This role is responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving account growth, and expanding business opportunities across national accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue generation, enterprise account management, and delivering workforce solutions within the IT staffing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, and expand national and strategic client accounts within IT contract staffing.

  • Drive new business development while expanding existing client relationships.

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, negotiations, and account expansion.

  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality IT talent solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on workforce planning and IT staffing strategies.

  • Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and account growth targets.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Support client retention, satisfaction, and strategic account growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in IT contract staffing sales and account management.

  • Proven success managing large, national, or enterprise-level accounts.

  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and staffing models including contract, contract-to-hire, MSP, and VMS.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing national client accounts.

  • Strong business development and revenue-generation experience.

  • Experience working within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
