HiFyve is hiring a National Sales Representative in the manufacturing industry!

Salary: $70K + Commission Structure

Shift: Day Shift

Location: St Joe, MO 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth for contract packaging and co-manufacturing services.

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, social media, and industry events.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying solutions that meet client needs.

Develop customer contact plans and engage prospective clients through targeted sales campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on operational capacity and project requirements across locations.

Prepare and deliver customized presentations and business reviews to support customer growth opportunities.

Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business sector meetings to strengthen brand awareness.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and proactively resolve issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software such as Teams and Apollo.

Leverage sales technology and account planning tools to maximize customer and territory growth.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen sales effectiveness and industry knowledge.

Travel as needed to support customer relationships and business development efforts.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

5–10 years of sales experience required.

3–5 years of relevant industry sales experience preferred.

Experience in contract packaging and co-manufacturing strongly preferred.

Territory sales or account management experience preferred.

Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Proficiency using CRM platforms and sales technology tools.
