The National Sales & Business Development - Cold Storage is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers by connecting them with key business executives and stakeholders. This role serves as a critical liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring timely, successful delivery of services aligned with customer needs. You’ll manage and grow key accounts while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and trust. Your primary goal is to drive customer success through strategic account management and proactive support. This role supports National Accounts, but must be based out of the Southern California region.
