Job Description:
The National Outreach Market Manager supports strategic planning, business development, and marketing activities for Intermountain Health’s national outreach service offerings. The National Market Manager owns the responsibility to identify opportunities for collaboration with hospital administrators and other healthcare leaders in national outreach markets. This requires frequent interaction with administrative leaders, clinical leaders, and subject matter experts throughout Intermountain Health and within developing markets.
This position will support outreach partners in SW Utah, Nevada and Arizona. This position will reach travel to these states.
Essential Functions
+ Develops and facilitates promotional and educational opportunities that impact medical providers and outreach hospital relations
+ Serves as Intermountain Health’s primary point of contact to outreach partners
+ Ensures that outreach activities, policies, procedures, and strategies are consistent with and coordinated with those of Intermountain Health
+ Understands Intermountain services, market segments and developing trends / issues to anticipate impact and promote integrated strategies and tactics
+ Utilizes a CRM system to document, access and respond to market data, and to regularly report on milestones to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
+ Demonstrated experience working in outreach, operations or marketing related roles
+ Familiarity with healthcare operations, data, and business development
+ Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
+ Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
+ Experience in navigating large, complex organizations in order to resolve problems and enhance relationships
+ Physician relations experience and in-depth knowledge of current issues and challenges facing physicians and health care organizations
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
+ Five years of business development experience.
+ Two years of leadership experience (management, sales training, mentoring, etc.).

+ Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
+ Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
+ For roles requiring driving: Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$44.33 - $68.42
