Purpose of Position: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated National Client Relations and Operations Specialist to provide essential client-facing, administrative, and operational support to our Managed Services Department Manager. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent client relations and ensuring the efficient flow of service processes. Furthermore, it supports our team's goals to retain and expand existing national accounts while successfully acquiring new business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess exceptional communication and multitasking abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities: The National Client Relations and Operations Specialist position includes the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Managed Services Provider (MSP) Coordination: Serve as the primary operational liaison and intermediary between the MSP, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and internal field offices.
  • Schedule monthly meetings with national client contacts as an opportunity to connect on process management and discuss potential opportunities for expansion.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for clients, managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain and update client information, contact details, and account documentation accurately and promptly within our system.
  • Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials, including presentations, proposals, performance reports, and marketing documents.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions from client meetings, ensuring deadlines are met and all necessary paperwork and internal processes are completed.
  • Process client requests, service needs, and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements by ensuring all client files and activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and the ongoing servicing of existing client accounts.
  • Field Training and Support: Schedule and conduct training sessions for field offices on client account processes and essential Vendor Management Systems (VMS) tool usage, including credential setup and post-training recap documentation.
  • Perform other duties as required

Required Education & Experience:
  • 2+ Must have experience working with Managed Services Providers (MSPs) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS)
  • Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (GoogleSheets, GoogleMeets, GoogleSlides, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
  • Professional, office clerical work environment
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods with incidental bending, stooping, and lifting
  • There could be some work travel, but it will be limited
