We are looking to hire a National Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our TEAM based out of Waterford, Michigan. This position would entail travel throughout the Midwest for Monarch helping out at our apartment communities in several states. 75% travel is to be expected nationwide. $50.00 additional per day/per diem for every overnight spent working/traveling
