    Description

    The Sales Operations Administrator provides critical operational support to the JunkLuggers National Accounts Sales Team. This role helps ensure sales activities run smoothly by managing documentation, coordinating onboarding & Master Service Agreements, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with reporting and customer communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Description:

    Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for sales managers and sales representatives.Prepare, format, and distribute sales documents including proposals, quotes, presentations, and contracts.Assist with order processing and follow‑up documentation.Coordinate internal handoffs between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.Maintain and update National Accounts standard operating procedures within Operating System, ensuring job templates, pricing, and account configurations are current.Receive and process client COI requests, submit required certificate holder information to company insurance, distribute completed certificates to clients, and maintain records for the sales team.Maintain and update customer and prospect information in CRM systems.Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and key account notes.Ensure accuracy of sales records, pricing information, and customer documentation.Prepare and distribute routine sales reports, dashboards, and summaries.Assist with tracking KPIs such as leads, conversions, revenue, and forecast data.Support sales leadership with ad‑hoc data requests and analysis.Serve as a point of contact for internal sales‑related inquiries.Respond to customer requests for information or documentation as needed.Ensure timely follow‑up on open sales and administrative items.

    Required:

    1-3 years of sales operation/support experienceStrong organizational and time‑management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyData accuracy and documentation controlDiscretion and confidentiality

    Preferred:

    Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)Basic understanding of sales processes and terminologyExperience with reporting, data tracking, or dashboards

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
