Position Summary:

The National Accounts Representative at Marmic Fire & Safety is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations related to large customer accounts and national brands. Reporting to the National Accounts Manager, this role involves leading communication with national accounts, addressing and resolving customer issues, and coordinating with Marmic branches to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate billing.

 

This is a night shift role from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM to cover critical emergency service calls. 

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Communication & Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for National Accounts, facilitating effective communication and managing information requests.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and Branch Managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordination & Dispatch:

  • Coordinate with Marmic branches to manage work orders, dispatches, and follow-ups with National Account holders.
  • Research and resolve any payment discrepancies, collaborating with both National Account holders and branches to ensure timely resolution.

Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure all daily operations related to National Accounts are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Support the National Accounts Manager in various operational tasks and contribute to process improvements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated strong customer services both interacting with customers and with internal partners.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a professional and reliable demeanor.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and Branch Managers.
  • Capable of working under pressure in high-stress situations, with excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday from 10 PM - 7:00 AM.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience dispatching service technicians or similar 
  • Experience with ServiceTrade 
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background and substance abuse screenings upon hire and throughout employment.
