The National Accounts Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting National Accounts and other administrative functions by providing analytical, operational, and customer support expertise. This position is responsible for customer onboarding, pricing analysis, business review preparation, reporting automation, data integrity audits, and process improvement initiatives. The role collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support customer requirements, optimize administrative processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
