The National Account Specialist will be responsible for growth in revenue and maintaining support for the assigned customer and territorial areas of coverage. This will require a strong need to be organized and the ability to focus on the areas of responsibility. This position requires a highly professional individual with the ability to present to all levels of our customers organization.

  • Grow revenue and profitability for your customer base, exceeding companys budget expectations
  • Acquire new key customers in all channels of trade
  • Critical and Creative thinker, looking for the necessary angles to drive sales and market growth
  • Create and deliver effective and impactful sales presentations to key industrial customers in the Industrial Distribution Channel
  • Daily direct and indirect contact with our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our key customers
  • Develop new and manage existing end user channels
  • Effectively communicate with customers and internal team members
  • Build strong business relationships at all levels of accounts management
  • Build an extensive knowledge base in each product category
  • Actively participate in the companys sales and operations planning processes
  • Assist with the development of national sales and marketing platform, strategic account management, and overall sales strategy at the direction of the National Account Manager
  • Use of the companys CRM software as required to manage aspects of key accounts relationships including activities, opportunities, contacts, and forecasting
  • Development of clear, concise communications using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams and other Business Intelligence tools provided
