Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and driven National Account Manager to oversee and grow client accounts across multiple markets. This leadership-level role involves managing key relationships, maximizing retention, and expanding services across a national client base. Ideal for an experienced professional who excels at high-level communication, relationship management, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with high-value clients across the U.S.

  • Oversee onboarding, support, and retention strategies for key accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences

  • Identify upsell opportunities and develop tailored insurance solutions

  • Track metrics, report on account health, and drive growth initiatives

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall sales strategy

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management

  • Proven success in managing and growing high-value accounts

  • Excellent communication, organization, and consultative selling skills

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and remote systems

  • Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

  • Insurance or financial services experience preferred
