A private family in Armonk, NY is seeking an experienced Live-In Household Manager / Manny to help manage the day-to-day operations of their busy household. This long-term role combines personal assistant, house management, and family support responsibilities for a family with teenage boys, multiple residences, and pets. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic private household. This position is primarily focused on household management and personal assistance, with some support for the family's teenage children. Private cottage/apartment provided on the property.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple residences.

  • Coordinate vendors, repairs, maintenance, and household projects.

  • Run errands, grocery shop, and manage household purchasing.

  • Schedule appointments and manage family calendars.

  • Receive deliveries and maintain household organization.

  • Pack and unpack for travel.

  • Drive the family's teenage sons to school, activities, and appointments.

  • Assist with homework oversight when parents are traveling.

  • Coordinate pet appointments and care.

  • Provide occasional meal preparation and household support.

  • Travel with the family as needed.

  • Anticipate household needs and provide proactive support.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
