The MU - Si. C Facilities Engineer will be primarily responsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring, safety, potential procurement, and installation of the cleanroom and the preparation and interaction of the facility (exhaust, cooling water, DI/ RO water systems, process gases, chemicals, abatement systems, building MEP systems) with the fabrication equipment from installation to operation. The position will work with UA EHS to ensure that the facilities and cleanroom function in accordance with safety requirements and codes, and the requirements of semiconductor process equipment. The position will work with equipment engineers, process engineers and fab managers to integrate facilities into the various MU - Si. C Fab equipment in both the Backend operations cleanroom facility and the Main production facility cleanroom at the University of Arkansas.
