The Multi-Site EHS Manager is responsible for supporting Environmental, Health & Safety programs across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role partners with site leadership to promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Approximately 10% travel is required.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with site leadership to promote safe work practices and strengthen the safety culture.Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions are complete.Lead risk assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and hazard reduction initiative.Monitor safety performance and recommend improvements based on leading and lagging indicator.Promote reporting of near misses, safety observations, and best practice.Coordinate with emergency response agencies and outside resources as neede.Ensure compliance with OSHA and company EHS policie.Perform other duties as assigne.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferr.7+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmePrevious multi-site EHS experience requirknowledge of OSHA regulations, incident investigations, and risk assessment process.OHST, ASP, CSP, or similar certification preferr.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skil.#J-18808-Ljbffr
