WinCorp Solutions is seeking multiple healthcare roles to serve as a consultant for our clients in the healthcare system. These roles are full-time in-person consulting/temporary opportunities local to the Los Angeles area.

ROLES AVAILABLE FOR HIRE:

Authorization Rep

• CPT Codes & Epic/CS-Link preferred

Health Information Services

• EPIC/ROI (release of information module in EPIC) experience at least 1 year required
• Preferred RHIT/RHIA, but no licensure required

Medical Office Administrator

• EPIC experience required; UKG experience preferred
• Experience with timekeeping/payroll and high-volume staff scheduling

Patient Access Representative

• High-volume or ED hospital registration experience required
• Pre-registration, insurance verification, TPL screening, payment handling (copays, deductibles, cash packages)
• EPIC and health insurance knowledge preferred

Patient Services Representative

• Epic/CS-Link experience required
• Recent outpatient clinic and medical office setting required; call center experience ok
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans; BLS preferred

Scheduler

• Surgery/procedure scheduling experience required
• Previous medical assistant or patient representative experience preferred

Payroll Coordinator

• MUST HAVE HEALTH CARE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE
• MUST HAVE Ukg dimensions and Oracle

Claims Auditor/Claims Compliance Analyst

• Auditor: Knowledge of HMO/IPA operations; medical terminology; ICD-10, RVS, and CPT coding; Medicare and Medi-Cal guidelines; and 10-key skills by touch
• Compliance Analyst: local to Whittier, CA; knowledge of Monthly Timeliness, ODAGs, Part C, claims universe, etc.

Medical Scribe

• 6+ months of experience as a Medical Scribe
• • Experience with CS Link/Epic
