The Multimedia Specialist I supports classroom AV troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment testing, ensuring timely ticket resolution and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities include supervising technicians and student workers, providing faculty training, creating troubleshooting guides, and assisting with equipment installation.
Minimum qualifications are a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred skills include AV over IP, Crestron equipment, network knowledge, and strong customer service.
The role is based at a downtown Orlando campus, with a pay range of $20.29-$21.66 per hour, requiring a valid driver’s license.
