Aptive is seeking a Multimedia Researcher to support client communications, outreach, and multimedia initiatives by identifying, researching, organizing, and managing digital media assets, including photographs, video, graphics, and other multimedia content.
Primary Responsibilities:Responsibilities include maintaining metadata and permissions within digital asset management systems, obtaining usage rights and clearances, fulfilling multimedia requests, supporting photography coordination, and advising staff on copyright, licensing, and usage requirements. The Multimedia Researcher works collaboratively with communications, video, web, and design teams to ensure multimedia resources are accurate, accessible, properly documented, and aligned with client communications objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:Aptive partners with federal agencies to achieve their missions through improved performance, streamlined operations and enhanced service delivery. Based in Alexandria, Virginia, we support more than a dozen agencies including Veterans Affairs, Transportation, Defense, Homeland Security and the National Science Foundation.
