Description

* Lead onsite execution of ground-up multifamily projects

* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations

* Drive safety compliance and quality across all phases

* Coordinate with project managers and development teams

Profile

* 5-10 years of multifamily construction experience

* Proven ground-up project delivery

* Strong scheduling and site coordination skills

* Experience managing subcontractors and field teams

Job Offer

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + ~20% bonus

* $700/month vehicle allowance + $50 phone stipend
