Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, conduct regular site meetings, and track progress against milestones
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution of the work
  • Identify and resolve field issues, coordinate inspections, and ensure quality control throughout the build
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns

Profile

A strong candidate is an experienced, hands-on leader with a proven track record managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects, capable of driving schedules, coordinating trades, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and effective communicators who can problem-solve in the field, build relationships with subcontractors and clients, and consistently deliver projects on time and within budget.
