* Manage full project lifecycle and delivery
* Control budgets, schedules, and change management
* Lead subcontractor buyout and coordination
* Partner closely with Superintendents on execution
* Report progress and risks to senior leadership
Profile
* 7-10 years' ground‑up multifamily experience
* Delivered wood‑frame projects valued $20M+
* Strong cost control and scheduling capability
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders
* CM degree preferred or equivalent experience
Job Offer
Salary range: $115,000-$125,000
* Immediate ownership of active projects
