The company is actively expanding into the Greenville/Spartanburg market, offering the opportunity to join early and grow with a developing regional presence.Job DescriptionSupport or lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and documentation. Collaborate with Senior PM, field teams, and project stakeholders. Assist with RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking. Maintain communication across project team and leadership. Support delivery of a large-scale multifamily podium project.
