Construction Superintendent
Our construction client is looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee their multifamily and senior living projects in the Walnut Creek area.
Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force to include subcontractors and assistant superintendents
- Coordinate with Project Manager to review all subcontractor payments and project budget
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/Engineer
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules
- Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment and administer Environmental, Health and Safety Management Program
Construction Superintendent Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree
- 5+ years experience on construction projects
- Ground up multifamily and or senior living experience required
Construction Superintendent Benefits:
- Salary: $150-190K
