With annual bonuses, guaranteed project completion incentives, and clear opportunities for advancement, this organization rewards performance while giving you the flexibility to shape your career path.Lead large-scale ground-up multifamily and podium construction projects ranging from $30M-$60M. Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success. Monitor project performance and proactively resolve challenges to maintain schedule and financial goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contractual requirements. Build strong client relationships through clear communication, accountability, and responsiveness. Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and cost reporting. Experience with ground-up multifamily, podium, mid-rise, or similarly complex vertical construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively manage relationships with owners, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.Competitive salary: $125,000-$155,000 based on experience.
