The Multifamily Construction Estimator will focus on preparing detailed cost estimates for multifamily construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in budgeting and planning. This role is central to supporting construction teams and delivering successful project outcomes.

Description

• Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations.
• Maintain an updated database of material and labor costs to ensure accurate pricing.
• Prepare bid proposals and participate in pre-bid meetings as needed.
• Track project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all cost estimations.

Profile

A successful Multifamily Construction Estimator should have:

• Experience with cost estimation for multifamily construction projects.
