The Multi Unit Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 4-6 quick service restaurant units, each staffed by 20-40 employees and seating more than 100 guests. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role ensures consistent performance and service excellence across all units by supervising teams, managing budgets, and utilizing POS integrated software for operational oversight. Frequent travel between locations is required. This position offers a clear growth path with promotion opportunities to Regional Manager, ideal for leaders passionate about team development and operational success in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations across multiple quick service restaurant units to maintain consistent performance and quality
- Supervise and support staff of 20-40 employees per unit to ensure high engagement and productivity
- Oversee budgeting and financial controls to achieve profitability goals
- Drive superior customer service standards in each location
- Control inventory to minimize waste and maintain adequate supply levels
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all units
- Analyze sales data using POS integrated software to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Travel frequently between restaurant units to provide hands-on leadership and support
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing multiple restaurant units
- Strong budget management and team leadership skills
- Proven record of customer service excellence and inventory management
