- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to restaurant teams, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data, drive improvements, and develop business plans to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all locations meet brand standards, food safety regulations, and execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant managers while managing performance and team development.
- Lead team meetings, deliver training, and communicate a clear vision to motivate staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and support local marketing efforts.
