The Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager oversees 5-8 restaurants, providing leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and brand standards compliance.
- Perform all duties of restaurant team members and managers.
- Ensure restaurants meet operational and food safety standards.
- Analyze sales, drive improvements, and develop strategies to increase profitability.
- Understand local market trends and set sales and service goals.
- Resolve guest issues and deliver exceptional service.
- Lead team meetings and training on marketing, product launches, and brand initiatives.
- Support the execution of new products and processes.
- Develop business plans and action steps with franchise owners.
- Engage with field operations teams as needed.
Management responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and evaluating restaurant managers, and supporting team performance. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years multi-unit experience, strong analytical skills, guest focus, and team development abilities. This is a full-time role based in Missouri City, TX.
