Job Summary
The Multi-Unit Leader is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and leadership development of multiple business locations. This role ensures consistent execution of company standards, achievement of financial goals, and delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all units.
Key responsibilities - not limited to
1. Operational Excellence
Ensure all locations operate in alignment with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality
2. Financial Management
Drive revenue growth and profitability across all assigned units
Analyze financial reports, including sales, labor, and expenses
Develop and manage budgets for each location
Implement cost-control strategies and improve operational efficiency
3. Leadership & Talent Development
Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing store leaders
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning
Build a strong leadership pipeline within the organization
4. Strategy Execution
Execute company initiatives, promotions, and new program rollouts
Ensure consistent implementation across all locations
Communicate organizational goals and expectations clearly to all team
5. Community Engagement & Business Development
Increase foot traffic and brand visibility through local events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups
Support and guide location managers in executing marketing and promotional events
Identify opportunities for local store marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention
6. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all locations comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
Enforce company policies and procedures
Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely manner
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and evaluate KPIs such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention
Identify trends and areas of concern, and develop action plans
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership
