$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
- Provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight across three concepts, supporting location GMs, culinary leadership, events, beverage, and facilities teams
- Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate management teams, building strong leadership benches at each location
- Lead weekly meetings to set clear priorities, expectations, and accountability for performance
- Ensure consistent execution of opening, closing, and daily operating standards across all locations
- Develop, update, and implement SOPs, training tools, and location-specific resources
- Drive service excellence and guest satisfaction, reinforcing hospitality standards and resolving escalated guest concerns
- Partner with HR on recruiting strategy, job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing employee development initiatives
- Oversee operational systems including POS, using data to identify and implement improvements
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and workplace standards across all units
- Execute sales and profit plans through labor management, cost control, scheduling and payroll oversight, and input on budgeting and forecasting
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- 5+ years of Multi-Unit General Manager or Senior General Manager experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurants, including oversight of locations generating $10M+ in annual sales
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing management teams across multiple locations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor targets, and cost controls to drive profitability
- Operationally disciplined with a track record of improving systems, SOPs, and guest experience standards
- Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
