Lead Multi-Site Warehouse Excellence at Cibo Vita

A Day in the Role

Your home base is our Taft site. You begin with a quick KPI review from all three warehouses, align with supervisors on staffing and priorities, then walk the floor to validate order picking, packing, and shipping readiness. Mid-morning, you meet Receiving to reconcile an inbound of raw materials and packaging—closing out discrepancies with Procurement, Production, and Quality to protect flow. In the afternoon, you’re at a second facility conducting a safety audit, confirming OSHA and food safety (SQF, FDA, GMP) compliance, and standardizing SOPs across sites. You wrap by scheduling inbound/outbound freight with logistics partners and locking in the next cycle count plan.

What You’ll Own

  • Direct and manage end-to-end warehouse operations across three Cibo Vita facilities.
  • Coach and develop supervisors and teams; set clear goals, accountability, and communication cadences.
  • Inventory leadership: cycle counts, reconciliations, reporting, and shrink/error reduction.
  • Receiving oversight across all sites: on-time, accurate intake of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Daily execution: picking, packing, shipping, and inter-site transfers.
  • Continuous improvement: process optimization, cost reduction, and system/automation upgrades.
  • KPI ownership and performance reporting for warehouse, inventory, and receiving.
  • Safety and compliance: enforce company policies, OSHA standards, and food safety programs (SQF, FDA, GMPs); lead trainings, audits, and inspections.
  • Logistics coordination: inter-site movement and customer order fulfillment; schedule inbound/outbound freight with carriers and 3PLs.
  • Standardize policies, SOPs, and procedures to drive consistency across all locations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
  • 5–7 years of warehouse management experience with strong emphasis on inventory and receiving.
  • Proven success leading multi-site teams.
  • Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory control principles and inbound logistics.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, SQF, and food safety compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between warehouse sites.
