We are a dynamic and customer-focused company, seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-driven Multi-Site Studio General Manager to oversee the employees, clients and daily operations of our Red Bank, New Jersey, and Connecticut studio locations. This position is based out of our Red Bank studio, responsible for ensuring both locations run smoothly, with strong team coordination, reliable scheduling, operational consistency, and an exceptional client experience.


This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to take ownership, lead operations, and help create an exceptional studio experience across two locations. We are looking for someone who can improve the system, strengthen accountability, and elevate the day-to-day operation.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
  • Incentive Compensation: Tied to performance and operational results

Daily Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of our offices including interacting with clients, managing staff and handling operational tasks
  • Manage studio calendars and scheduling flow
  • Coordinate team coverage and staffing needs
  • Administer PTO requests and scheduling adjustments
  • Ensure appointment confirmations are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain smooth front-end customer service
  • Monitor and manage studio supplies and inventory needs
  • Identify and solve operational issues before they impact the client experience
  • Create consistent systems, standards, and accountability across both studios
  • Support a professional, polished, and high-touch environment for clients and team members

Required Skills

  • Experience in operations management, studio management, office management, or multi-location coordination
  • Strong scheduling, staffing, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and locations with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment

Additional Qualifications

  • Comfortable holding standards and following through on responsibilities
  • Ability to lead with both warmth and accountability
  • Experience in a service-based business, studio environment, hospitality, wellness, retail, or appointment-driven operation is a plus

Schedule & Location

  • Based in: Red Bank, NJ
  • Regular Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Operations: Must oversee operations for both the Red Bank and Connecticut studio locations
