With a large focus on the automotive sector, the company has worked hard to maintain and build upon the momentum they established and are looking for a tenured plant operations manager to continue to drive growth and operational efficiency.Job DescriptionLead day to day production operations. Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more. Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives. Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions. Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949.
