We are currently searching for one Full-Time Maintenance Technician, to join our team at Perlo Ridge Apartments and Sherman's Valley Apartments. Rate: $20 - $25 hourly based on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, daily on call required.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments, to include painting.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in apartments.
• Appliance repair.
• Cleaning of common areas.
• Daily water testing.
• Customer service.
• Light Salt / Snow removal duties.
• On-Call will be required.

Requirements:

• Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• HVAC Certification is a plus!
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Compensation details: 20-25 Hourly Wage
