    If you thrive on orchestrating crews, perfecting curb appeal, and keeping irrigation running flawlessly, this role was built for you. As our Multi‑Site Exterior Services Supervisor, you’ll guide landscape maintenance across multiple commercial properties in Texas and company-owned locations—setting the standard for safety, quality, and efficiency.

    The Challenges You’ll Tackle

    • How do we keep every site spotless and safe? You’ll run inspections, ensure pristine grounds, and maintain clean parking lots, walkways, and common areas.
    • What’s the plan each week and season? You’ll create service schedules for mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, weed control, irrigation, and seasonal plantings.
    • What happens when a zone fails? You’ll monitor irrigation systems and coordinate swift repairs.
    • How do we stay ready for change? You’ll lead seasonal work—flower rotations, tree trimming, mulch installation, and rapid storm cleanup.

    How You’ll Lead

    • Direct and support landscape crews and contractors; assign daily tasks and track performance.
    • Coach, train, and provide feedback while cultivating teamwork, accountability, and safety.
    • Partner on hiring: assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.

    Safety, Compliance, and Precision

    • Champion company safety policies; ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
    • Run safety meetings and equipment inspections.
    • Maintain accurate records of incidents, repairs, and maintenance activities.

    Operational Foresight

    • Assist with budgeting and cost control to keep operations efficient.
    • Monitor inventory for materials, tools, and equipment.
    • Coordinate vendors and contractors for specialized services and repairs.
    • Audit invoices and confirm delivery against contract specifications.

    What It Takes

    • High school diploma or GED required; added training in horticulture, landscaping, or facilities management preferred.
    • 3–5 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience.
    • Supervisory or crew leadership background preferred.
    • Fluency in irrigation systems, plant care, turf maintenance, and landscaping equipment.
    • Organized, communicative, and resourceful problem-solver.
    • Comfort managing multiple properties and shifting priorities.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile communication apps.
    • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

    Physical Realities & Work Setting

    • Work outdoors through varied weather conditions.
    • Stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Operate landscaping equipment and vehicles safely.
    • Primarily outdoors across multiple commercial sites; occasional evenings, weekends, or severe-weather response.

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Bilingual English/Spanish.
    • Background managing landscaping vendors and contracts.
    • Experience with irrigation scheduling systems and landscape management software.
