The Meat Clerk is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and practicing safe food handling procedures.
This position supports the Meat department by performing tasks such as:
• Greeting and assisting customers with questions • Promoting sales within the department • Preparing packaging, labeling, and merchandising products • Maintaining department standards • Assisting customer requests and special orders
The Meat Clerk handles all products in a safe, sanitary manner and keeps all areas and equipment of the department clean.
