Job Requirements
POSITION SUMMARY:
To be fully engaged in providing Quality/ No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by: Supervises the work of the Lead Technologists and staff. Uses technical expertise to mentor the staff and provide the necessary care of patients. Provides patient care less than 50% of the time. Has the authority to discipline and evaluate associates. Participates with the Manager/Director on personnel and management issues. Makes decisions in the absence of the Manager/Director.
