IMMEDIATE REMOTE OPENING: EXPERIENCED State Farm Team Member (State Farm Agency Office Experience Required)
We have an immediate opening for an experienced team member with prior State Farm agency office experience to join our busy, high-volume office as an Onboarding & Claim Specialist. This position requires current or prior State Farm Team Member experience with an active P&C License and Life / Health License.  


What you’ll do:

• Handle claim follow-ups with customers and answer the majority of incoming claim questions
• Help customers navigate their claim questions and coordinate next steps using established processes
• Conduct 15-20 virtual policy reviews / week.
• Schedule and complete virtual onboarding appointments
• Assist with incoming service calls and identify multi-lining opportunities for our existing customer base
• Be comfortable and consistent with cross-selling Life & Health products (must be well-versed & have a proven track record cross-selling)
• Assist with training new hires and support our in-office onboarding team to ensure our onboarding process is implemented correctly and consistently.
• Participate in potential retention calls—reviewing existing policies, identifying opportunities to retain customers, and working to save the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience working in a State Farm agency office
• Confidence handling customer questions—especially around claims
• Ability to multitask while staying organized and following process
• Strong accountability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• A mindset focused on both customer service and meeting office production expectations
• Must be fully P&C Licensed as well as Life / Health licensed.
