About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2003 and currently work alongside two team members. State Farm has truly been a family business for us, and that long-standing connection to the company has shaped how I run my agency today—with a strong emphasis on relationships, trust, and doing right by both customers and the team.
I’m a graduate of Bradley University and outside the office you’ll usually find me hunting, fishing, or golfing. That same balance carries into our workplace—we work hard, but we also enjoy ourselves and don’t take things too seriously all the time.
For our team, we offer a 401k, paid licensing, strong work-life balance, and Friday lunches on me. Our office culture is friendly, upbeat, and full of personality. We like to joke around, support one another, and stay focused on getting the job done well.
I’m looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn—ideally a quick learner who’s coachable, adaptable, and not afraid to try new things. If you bring energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic, you’ll fit right in here.
