This is an insurance sales position for someone confident in their ability to reach new clients and build relationships of trust with them quickly. Experience is expected, but a great attitude and the ability to learn is just as good: maybe even better. Your job will be to reach new and previous clients, discuss their everyday risks (car wreck, lawsuit, home damage, loss of income, loss of life, etc.) and work with them to solve these problems. This job has a base salary and aggressive commission plan. Arkansas insurance license required. If you are interested in this position and you do not have a license, a paid for licensing plan is available for top applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
