Position Overview
A successful State Farm agency in Tennessee is looking for a motivated sales professional to join our small but high-performing team. This role offers a base salary of $30,000 - $35,000 plus commission and performance bonuses, giving top performers the opportunity to earn more.
This role focuses on generating new business, building relationships, and closing sales across multiple lines of insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Meet with prospective customers to identify insurance needs
- Present State Farm Insurance products including auto, home, and life
- Follow up with leads and referrals
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to team growth
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred (insurance or financial services a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a small team environment
- Property & Casualty license preferred (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license preferred (must be able to obtain)
