- Prospect and generate qualified leads by phone, email, referrals, and networking
- Recommend and sell auto, home, life, and health insurance based on customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service to build trust, retention, and referrals
- Participate in training and coaching to build product knowledge quickly
- Meet/exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity
