About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2001 and is a close-knit team of five who are focused on delivering excellent service to every customer we work with. Before becoming an agent, I spent 11 years in Claims with State Farm, which gave me a strong understanding of what customers go through and how important it is to provide real support when it matters most.
Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing and used to run marathons. I come from a big family with four siblings, and fun fact—we’re all left-handed. Family and connection are important parts of my life, and that carries over into the way our office operates. I’m also active in the community as a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. and the Colorado Community Church, and I support the local food bank through regular donations. Giving back is an important part of who we are as an agency.
We offer PTO, holiday pay, a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team so they can do their best work and still enjoy life outside the office.
Our culture is very service-oriented, with a strong commitment to taking care of our customers and each other. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, coachable, and a true team player with a go-getter mindset. If you enjoy helping people and want to grow in a supportive, positive environment, this could be a great place for you.
