The Ryan Brewington State Farm Agency is hiring a Multiline Representative who is motivated by performance, driven by goals, and excited to build a long-term sales career in insurance and financial services. If you thrive on talking to people, uncovering needs, and closing business, this is an opportunity to grow your income while helping customers protect what matters most.


This role is licensing contingent. Candidates must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you are not currently licensed, we provide full support through the licensing process. Candidates begin formal in-office training once the Property & Casualty license is obtained.


What You’ll Do


  • Engage customers and prospects through calls, follow-up activity, and in-office conversations

  • Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions across multiple product lines

  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and health products

  • Build relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term growth

  • Maintain a strong pipeline and follow a consistent daily sales process

  • Participate in community marketing and outreach to generate new opportunities

  • Document activity accurately and support office goals through teamwork and accountability

What We’re Looking For

  • Organized and consistent with follow-up and activity tracking

  • Customer service, sales, or insurance experience preferred

  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
