Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Insurance Salesperson with 1-3 years of sales experience who is willing to obtain insurance licensing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for influencing new customers to join our team by offering insurance products including auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance. You will execute strategies to attract clients and provide outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Influence and recruit new customers to join our insurance team across multiple product lines (auto, home, renters, life, health)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Obtain necessary insurance licensing as required by state regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop a referral system for lead management to expand customer base
- Track and report sales activities and client interactions
- Stay informed about insurance products, market trends, and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fields
- Willingness to obtain insurance licensing (company will support training and licensing process)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and persuade potential customers
