National Horizon Real Estate Services, LLC, in coordination with Blue Summit, is accepting resumes for select multifamily career fair invitations for a large Las Vegas apartment community.

Candidates selected to move forward will receive an invitation to attend the Multifamily Career Fair on Friday, May 8, 2026.

Positions Available

• Business Managers
• Assistant Managers
• Leasing Professionals
• Service Directors
• Service Technicians
• Porters / Groundskeepers

Minimum Qualifications

• Management and supervisory roles require a minimum of 5 years of multifamily property management, leasing, maintenance, or related supervisory experience.
• Business Manager and Assistant Manager candidates should have experience with leasing operations, resident relations, collections, renewals, reporting, team leadership, and property-level performance.
• Leasing candidates should have strong customer service, sales, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Service Technician candidates should have hands-on experience with work orders, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, pools, grounds, or general repairs.
• Service Director candidates must have EPA and HVAC certifications and prior maintenance leadership experience, including team supervision, vendor coordination, make-ready oversight, inventory control, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance planning.
• Porter / Groundskeeper candidates should have experience with curb appeal, groundskeeping, trash removal, common area cleanliness, basic maintenance support, and property presentation.
• All candidates must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, accountability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident service.

About the Opportunity

This career fair is focused on building a strong on-site team for a large multifamily community in Las Vegas. Team members will support daily operations, leasing performance, resident communication, maintenance responsiveness, curb appeal, vendor coordination, and overall community performance.

We are looking for candidates who understand the pace of multifamily operations, take pride in their work, and bring a practical, service-focused approach to the workday.
